Within a few short years, unless Americans object now, the United States of America and our beloved Constitution may not exist. 

Behind closed doors, a new scheme is being drawn up to eliminate the borders with Mexico and Canada, replace the Dollar with the "Amero" (a combination of the weak and unstable Mexican and Canadian currencies with the Dollar)--thus destroying American's savings and economic stability; and create a "North American Union" (NAU) like the European Union. 

Gone or ignored will be our Constitution.  Bureaucrats in Mexico, Canada and the U.S. will dictate your rights and duties as "citizens" of the NAU. 

Complete elimination of borders will give all Mexicans the legal right to move to the U.S., making Americans nearly a minority in our country and making security against terrorism and drug smuggling impossible. It's not a nightmare, it's really happening, unless Americans wake up now and put a stop to it. 

Today the planning is behind closed doors, soon the media and politicians will be declaring the need to merge with Mexico and Canada to solve all our problems, and the danger exists that a real or created crisis could be used to force the scheme into effect without even a vote in Congress.  This is how our great country and Constitution could be undermined and abandoned without a fight--if we let it happen now.

Freedom and our Constitution will have no place in this grim Orwellian future. The Dollar will be scrapped for the "Amero". There will be no First Amendment and no limit on the power of government. 

One of the prime architects of the NAU, Robert Pastor, has discussed the use of another 9/11 crisis to force through the merger--in other words, you and even Congress won't even have a voice in the Bush-led surrender of our country--unless we all act NOW to have Congress outlaw any Presidential actions which would lead to such a merger of our nations in any way. Canadian citizens would lose their independence to their southern neighbors under the NAU. 

America's former borders would be wide open to drug smuggling and terrorists. Mexico would become empty as all citizens by right could move to the U.S. or Canada. Leaders in both major U.S. parties are determined to wipe out your freedom, unless you act now. PETITION AGAINST THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION
AND THE NAFTA SUPERHIGHWAY
Petition to Members of the United States Congress

Whereas,
 government documents discovered by a freedom of information request reveal a shadow government plan to merge the United States with Mexico and Canada to create a "North American Union"; and

Whereas,
 the North American Union could erase our borders, replace the dollar with the “Amero”, lead to unlimited immigration, and render the Constitution of the United States meaningless; and

Whereas, the NAFTA Superhighway could allow virtually unlimited smuggling of drugs, terrorists and illegal immigrants into the United States, as well as cost great numbers of American port workers to lose their jobs; and 

Whereas,
 U.S. Representatives Virgil Goode (Va.), Walter Jones (N.C.), Ron Paul (Tex.), and Tom Tancredo (Colo.) have introduced House Concurrent Resolution 40, to demand that: 
(1) the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System; 

(2) the United States should not enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and 

(3) the President should indicate strong opposition to these or any other proposals that threaten the sovereignty of the United States.

Therefore,
 I urge you to co-sponsor House Concurrent Resolution 40, the Congressional resolution opposing the North American Union and the NAFTA Superhighway; work for its passage in the subcommittee and committee, vote for it, and urge your colleagues to do the same.
